The hotel room, although clean, comfortable, but not as expected from the pictures. The heater made a terrible noise, which was a bit bothersome. The location was good for staying overnight to catch a morning flight, but not suitable for walking around. The service was friendly and supportive, even if there was a mix-up with the drop-off location. The dining could have been more natural, but the breakfast was included and satisfying. The facilities were decent but lacked a fridge in the rooms and had intermittent internet connectivity.

My stay at the hotel was quite convenient due to its close proximity to JFK airport, although the room was a bit small and lacked proper pillows. The free wifi and TV channels were appreciated after a late flight, but the cushioned bed was not the most comfortable.
